1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fitness360, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Fitness360.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fitness360. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the app and purchase any subscription.

3. Services Overview

Fitness360 provides fitness and wellness-related features, including but not limited to:

Personalized workout plans
Fitness tracking and progress monitoring
Nutrition and wellness guidance
Subscription-based premium features

Fitness360 is designed for informational and wellness purposes only. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

4. User Account

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.

You understand and agree that using Fitness360 is at your own risk. Fitness360 is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from using the app, following workout plans, or applying wellness recommendations.

6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Fitness360 offers paid auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Subscription pricing, duration, and available features are shown inside the app before purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. The renewal charge will match the subscription plan selected, unless pricing changes are clearly disclosed before renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the active subscription period.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies. Fitness360 does not directly process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.

8. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Fitness360 may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional offers from time to time.

If a free trial is offered, you may be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. The terms of each offer will be shown before purchase.

Fitness360 reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Fitness360 for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Upload harmful, abusive, false, or misleading content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or damage the platform
Misuse any feature of the app or website
Violate the rights of Fitness360 or any third party

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, graphics, logos, workouts, app features, and other materials within Fitness360 are owned by Fitness360 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or reuse Fitness360 content without written permission.

11. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Fitness360 may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to Apple Health, Google Fit, payment providers, analytics tools, and authentication services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Fitness360 is not responsible for third-party services, their content, availability, or data practices.

12. Privacy

Your use of Fitness360 is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitness360 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, website, workout plans, nutrition guidance, subscription features, or any related services.

14. Termination

You may stop using Fitness360 at any time. If you have an active subscription, you are responsible for canceling it through your Apple ID account settings.
